If I fail, what is the procedure to be followed for reappearing in the exam?

If you fail due to some reasons, you have to pay re-appear fee which is 50 % of the course fee and give your exam again.

How many attempts can I give for a certification exam?

There is no limit on re-appearance. You can re-appear by paying re-appear fee as many times you want.

When is the exam conducted?

Duration of the course is 3 months, whenever you are prepared for exams within duration of the course you can appear for exams.

What is the passing percentage?

Passing percentage is 50%.

Col (Retd.) Baljit Bakshi

Founder member of SAKSHAM, Col ( Retd ) Baljit Bakshi, started his career in Indian Armed Forces in Regiment of Artillery. He gained the highest qualification of a trainer, known as Instructor in Gunnery, early in his career. Always leading from front, Baljit was recommended for gallantry award for his exceptional courage and leadership qualities during Indo-Pak conflict in J & K. He took premature retirement from Army when he was at the peak of his career and was commanding an Artillery Unit. After serving the nation for 23 years, Baljit decided to join the corporate world in pursuit of his leadership qualities. He was the first serving officer from Indian Armed forces to have done 2 year full time MBA course from XLRI, Jamshedpur.

Baljit joined House of Tata in 1995 as a senior executive in one of the Tata Steel companies (Tayo Rolls Ltd), where he rose to become a key resource within the Group. Soon he was heading five of the key functions of this company, namely, HR/IR, Strategic Planning, Business Excellence, Business Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility. He is one of the founder Senior Assessors of Tata Business Excellence Model ( TBEM ). Baljit is on the panel of Senior Assessors of CII EXIM BANK Award. He has been the Lead Assessor of ISO 9001, 2000, and a Certified Quality Analyst.

Baljit joined Ashok Leyland Ltd in 2007 as Head of HR in their Greenfield Project in Pantnagar. The project was completed in record time of less than three years.

At Saksham, Baljit designed and delivered close to 300 workshops for workers, associates, front line supervisors and managers aimed at improving quality, productivity and cost control parameters in different organisations. This is achieved through motivational and inspirational modules aimed at modulating the behavior and attitude of ground level work force. This is backed by “Personal Effectiveness” and “Performance Improvement” workshops for middle and senior management cadres.

As visiting faculty, Baljit has delivered lectures in XLRI Jamshedpur on wide ranging topics of HR, IR, Strategic Planning and General Management.
